Creative Homes Contracting Ltd is a locally owned and operated home renovation company based in Sherwood Park, AB, proudly serving the greater Edmonton area. We specialize in custom home renovations, basement developments and legal suites.
Over the past 10 years, we have carefully assembled a team of highly regarded craftsmen and artisans, each recognized for their skill and expertise in their respective fields.

Our Leadership
Jon developed an interest in construction at a young age, growing up around the industry through his father’s ownership in a highly respected custom home building company in their rural Alberta town. He later moved to Edmonton to attend the University of Alberta, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
After graduating, Jon joined one of Edmonton’s leading home renovation companies, starting as a carpenter and progressing into a senior leadership role. This experience sparked a passion for home renovations and launched his career in the Edmonton construction industry, where he now has over 15 years of experience.
Jon brings extensive knowledge in carpentry, architectural design, estimating, and project management, using these skills to lead Creative Homes Contracting and consistently deliver exceptional results for clients.
